The 2025 Schedule is Now Live!

Daniel Kaye |

The 2025 season runs from March until November and is different to previous years. We start off with two SkyWeek trips in Namibia in March and then a SkyWeek trip in Brazil in April. From late April until early June we will run six consecutive Paramotor courses in Spain. In June we will run a Paragliding Conversion course for Paramotor pilots, followed by a SkyWeek trip in France.
In July and August we will run eight consecutive courses in the UK. For those who can’t take time off during the week it is possible to sit a flexible beginner course split over weekends and ad hoc mornings/evenings midweek when the weather is suitable.
In September we return to France for another SkyWeek, followed by a Paragliding Conversion course, during which we will attend the Coupe Icare Festival. This is followed by an SIV Course in Turkey. From late September until early November we run five more Paramotor courses and an Instructor/Advanced course in Spain. The season ends in November with a SkyWeek trip in Brazil.

There is a £50 discount for groups of two people or more, as well as a £50 credit if you refer other students to us after your training.

• The Paragliding Conversion course fee includes instruction, equipment and transport to take off by vehicle. It does not include travel, airport transfers, lift passes, food or personal insurance. Equipment package discounts are available for those who order kit prior to the course.

• The SIV course fee includes 9 coached flights on radio, video debriefs with footage provided, transport to take off in a minibus, safety boat, life jacket, waterproof radio bag and a launch marshal. It does not include the radio, flights, airport transfers, food or personal insurance.

• The Beginner course is suitable for those with no previous experience who wish to have their first solo flight.

• The Intermediate course is suitable for those who have completed at least one solo flight and wish to qualify as a Pilot.

• The Pilot course is suitable for those with no previous experience who wish to qualify as a Pilot and includes the 6 day beginner course followed by the 6 day intermediate course. Discover more about the APPI PPG Pilot course syllabus.

• The ParaTrike courses are available as a bespoke service in the UK, Spain and Italy for students who purchase their Equipment in advance. To discuss this in more detail contact us.

• The Paragliding Conversion course is suitable for those who already paramotor and the SIV course is suitable for those who already paraglide. Flights are Saturday to Saturday. For those who want to do the 2 week SkyWeek France and Paragliding Conversion Combo there is a discounted package price, which you can find in the SKYWEEK INFORMATION section below.

• In the UK we operate from Hinton Airfield near Brackley, Northamptonshire and courses start at 9am on Saturday and end on Thursday afternoon.

• In Spain we operate from a campsite at Lake Bornos. The nearest Airports are Seville and Malaga. In Europe Sundays are the travel days and courses start at 9am on Monday and end on Saturday afternoon.

• The accommodation in Spain is simple, yet affordable and allows students to build team unity while being immersed in the sport. Each student is accommodated in a single room in a shared, self catered bungalow with air conditioning.

• Personal insurance is compulsory for those on a European course or any SkyWeek Trip. We recommend Sports Cover Direct as well as a GHIC card for UK Nationals.

• During the winter months we provide a Vittorazi Maintenance service for the Moster 185 and Atom 80 engines.

• SkySchool distributes some of the best equipment on the market, while offering competitive prices and extra benefits to ensure you get the most out of your purchase. We sell Parajet Paramotors, Ozone Paragliders, Fly Products ParaTrikes and a variety of different Accessories. When purchasing equipment through SkySchool we provide the following benefits:

1. Discounted Equipment Packages

2. A free set up day in the UK to fit the reserve, break in the engine and set up the kit

3. A tachometer fitted free of charge to monitor the RPM and hours of operation

4. After-sales Warranty Support to process any claims in the unlikely event of an issue

SKYWEEK INFORMATION

The SkyWeek Trips are designed for qualified Paramotor Pilots who have their own equipment. In France we stay flexible and chase the weather and therefore recommend Pilots bring a campervan or their own vehicle and a tent. In Brazil and Namibia we focus more on A to B Cross Country flights, while providing transport and logistical support. SkyWeeks are a fantastic way for Pilots to develop their skills and knowledge, while having a great time with likeminded people, as you can see from these films.
